This is a very nice tiny house, but $38k for less than 100 square feet? Come on, I’ve seen BIGGER tiny houses for far less than your asking price that were complete with bathrooms and so on. This is not a realistic price, IMO.

These kids did a great job and should be proud of their final results, my hats off to each and every one of you.

I find both the previous comments to be exactly what I might have said and agree wholeheartedly.Kudos ALL!Since the “Property Description” is somewhat vague,if it is truly off-grid ready I would need to know the actual technologies, brands, appliance types and amenities that could justify such a price.I recognize and understand the potentially hard work, attention and care of such a group effort that created this tiny gem.It is unfortunate that it could possibly be sold short or over appraised due to the lack of informative details and only 4 pictures.Unless of course…only greed and inflationary trendiness can drive this humble respit off the lot.Unfortunately, it would kind of defeat the purpose if it did.I feel we all could do better (no offense).

If it was built in California, it will be more expensive than built in a lot of other places around the country. $38,000 in California is pretty cheap.
