This is beautiful! Would like to see photos of the upstairs.
I like that this design hits a modern or more cube-like proportions but still uses the wood that is trendy.

Also love all the windows! Most tiny houses don’t have enough natural light for my tastes!

Love the cube design! I think it is one of my favorites. I love that the ladder is built more like stairs. That is one of my biggest issues with the tiny houses. Many with the lofts have these tiny ladders or boards nailed to the wall for climbing. If I were to move in a tiny house, it would be forever. I already have arthritis in my hips so I can’t see me being 70 years old and trying to climb up and down a tiny ladder like that!

I love it but I think you should turn the sink, fridge and counter and build it in under the stairs. It would give you more space and room for either and L shaped kitchen with a stove/cooktop OR a little eating nook. Wouldn’t work for my family of three but it’s very nice!

Love this design! I would definitely turn the kitchen to fit under the stairs, and include a bigger sink, one large enough to wash pots and pans in as well as dishes. I would put a handrail on the wall to help going up the stairs, as well as some sort of fencing at the top so no one accidentally “falls” into the hole. Otherwise, perfect!
