We are glad to see you are interested in Tiny Home Living!

We have for sale a beautiful Tiny Home that is currently parked in Cobourg, Ontario.
Of course this tiny home can be moved, as it is built on a 24' Long 8.5' Wide flat bed trailer.

If you are familiar with tiny home living, you can certainly skip down to the details about the home. If not, here's a quick intro to tiny home living!
Tiny home's are being built all around the world. It's become very popular in north america and is even being featured on TV! Because Tiny homes are not secured to the land, they are not considered "Real Estate" so the purchase of these homes is similar to an RV or Mobile home.
Having said that, buying a mobile home is very different from an RV, as mobile homes have special zoning regulations that allow year round occupancy.
Most townships do not allow full time occupancy in tiny homes currently. Although, there are a few amazing groups of people through out ontario trying to change this.

FYI, Our landlord is wonderful, and we do live here year round. You just have to find the right neighbours!

Life in a tiny home is wonderful. We pay just over $300 a month for our "RV loan" and we pay $500 a month to our lovely Land Lord for hydro, water and internet connection.
In total we pay $820 a month to live in our tiny home. Its really wonderful.
The home is currently parked on a secluded country lot just outside of the town of coubourg. About a 5 minute drive to the beach/down town. We love it hear. Our land lord has a very large organic vegetable garden, and is even building a natural green house/aquaponics this spring to provide his food supply in the coming winters. A real green oasis. We have a great view of lake ontario from our loft's which are south facing.
If the new owner of this home would like, our landlord is very open to meeting potential new owners, and has said he would consider allowing the home to stay where it is. In fact, he loves the company!

While we write this, it's hard to believe that we are leaving. However, we have started a new business this past year and need to relocate to make life a bit easier. Although, life in a tiny home is quite simple. The commute just doesn't cut it for us.

There are many small details that have been thought out during the construction of this home. We had an extremely talented custom carpenter/pattern maker build the home. So he came up with many clever storage/fold out solutions. Including a hide away latter up to the guest loft.
The last bit of siding is to be completed before the home is sold, we just didnt quite make it in time before winter hit. So please note, this will be 100% finished for the new owners.
