Tiny mobile house on wheels for sale and ready to live in. It's 8' by 16', metal roof, stained clapboards, fully insulated, double paned windows. Tiny porch, all-wet bathroom, kitchen, breakfast nook and sleeping loft. The house is fully wired for 110 electric with a 30 amp exterior RV hook-up. It has a 30 gallon water storage tank, Ariston hot water heater and water pump for hot showers and kitchen water. The house comes with all appliances, etc. to make it ready to live in (full size futon in loft, fold-out table, refrigerator, hot plate, toaster, oven, etc.). Pine walls and mixed hardwood floor. Mini storage shed with all tools for trailering and leveling (jacks, jack stands, hitches, etc.)

I've lived in the house for about a year and have loved it. Tiny house living saves a lot of money in rental costs, and it's fun to scale down (less stuff, less time cleaning, etc.).
