The Bluebird Timber Frame Cabin

I'm just putting the finishing touches on our 2 tiny buildings which are on a 10 acre lot. The first one is a 200 sq. ft one room Timber frame cabin. Recycled timbers, recycled pine floors, cedar ceiling, old wooden windows, metal roof, board and batt siding, fully insulated. This is the living space/bedroom. The second building is also 200 sq ft. This building was built traditionally (not timber framed) and has a kitchen (sink, oven/stove and propane fridge), shower and utility storage room.  There is a separate outhouse with a composting toilet.
The  timber frame building is wired with 5 outlets, and 2 lights. The place runs fully off of a 6250w generator, with hook-up compatible with future solar if desired. There is a new propane heater, non vented type that heats space initially in 10 minutes...very warm inside, and in summer, stays cool throughout day.

Property has 270 degree views of the 3 Sisters, Ochocos and other wide open views. 3 Sisters are visible from porch as are Ochoco's. I've named the cabin the Bluebird, hence the paint job, because as I was building it, mountain bluebirds were all over. I put up a bluebird house right outside the front door, and within 4 days, a pair had moved in and had a brood 2 months later.
The property has been surveyed, has a CUP vested for life ( CUP allows you to build ), has been approved for septic, has gravel driveway, 3 sides fenced. This is an off grid community ( Juniper Acres ) and water needs to be delivered or you can fill tanks 20 minutes away in Alfalfa. There is water delivery service there. We are 40 minutes from Bend, 4 miles from the Crooked River and Prineville Resevoir. Lot's of very old Juniper on property, and cabin and building site sit atop a knoll.
There is a composting outhouse, 4x8' with sink for hand washing and window.A very clean and non smelling system.
I have a 22' x 33' Galvanized quonset hut available to put on property if wanted for additional funds. I am a Design/Build company that can offer to build additional structures or new home as well.

I can offer financing options, and would consider possible trades on property in Northern CA, OR, WA or ...I am very motivated to sell this property!
