Trailer: The Townsend is over 350sf of living space. Built in 2016 on a brand new, Iron Eagle tiny-house-specific 8.5' x 28' trailer.

Exterior: 2x4 frame, standing seam metal roof, clear cedar + plywood siding. Exterior outlets, storage + lighting.

Insulation: Fiberglass insulation.

Windows: Vinyl thermal pane windows. Three large sash windows, six awning windows, transom + single full glass French door.

Flooring: Hardwood.

Plumbing: On demand hot water, exterior hook ups.

Electrical: More than twelve outlets throughout. One 220v outlet.

Heat: Ductless Mini Split.

Smoke Detector: Nest brand.

Kitchen: Full-sized, quiet-close Shaker cabinets + shelves. Butcher block countertops. Extra deep stainless steel sink. Apartment sized refrigerator. Induction burner set-up. While the Woodsman family prefers stow-away induction burners and a convection oven, you may prefer a full stove set up. We've wired the Townsend with 220v outlet to easily accommodate that upgrade.

Bath: Ceramic sink. Under sink cabinet. Schluter Kerdi watertight shower system. Subway tile shower. Rainfall shower head. Composting or incinerating  toilet (or swap out for septic/sewer).

Sleeping: Two sleeping lofts. Master accessable via built-in staircase. Second loft accessible via stow-away ladder.

Living space: Custom built bench seating + storage. Three large sash windows. Cable ready.
