I'm selling my recently built (March 2014) Tiny House on wheels. It comes complete with a solar power and rainwater harvesting system. It sits on a 8 x 16 double axle trailer with a clean title. The siding is cedar on the outside and pine on the inside. It has plumbing and electric throughout and a loft for sleeping. This Tiny Home is ideal for a single occupant as it is 70 square foot.

The interior has wood flooring throughout, built-in shelving on three walls, kitchen area with sink, counter top space, room & outlet for a fridge/freezer. The loft fits a twin mattress comfortably and has a window to circulate air.

There is space and plumbing to install a wet-bath; however, currently there is a composting toilet similar to the Loveable Loo.

There are standard RV hookups for water, 30 amp electrical.

All floors, walls, ceiling are insulated. This tiny house is built just like typical house construction so that it lasts a lifetime unlike RV construction. There are trailer brakes, 3500 pound axles, adjustable trailer tongue. Tiny house pulls very well and stable.

I'm renting the land that the Tiny House sits on for $150 per month and if you're interested, you could keep the house where it is and rent the land as well.
