This Tiny House is completely energy independent with Solar power and propane. It is self-sufficient except for water and sewer. The house is built with very solid construction, consisting of a heavy duty trailer built by P & T Trailers with 2x4 and 2x6 frame construction. The house is bolted to the trailer and has hurricane tie downs on all the walls. Spray foam closed cell insulation gives great insulation and also adds a great deal of strength to the home. The exterior windows are Anderson double pane Energy Star. The interior is finished with 1”x6” tongue and groove pine, which also gives a great deal of strength. All the lights are LED and the appliances are Energy Star compliant. The home has a mini split 25-seer rated 1200 BTU ac/heat pump and a large refrigerator.  It has granite countertops and a tile shower. It also contains an on-demand water heater and a  4-eye gas stove / oven. These are powered by a 100 lb. propane tank. All of the electrical is powered by a 4-KW battery based solar system.
