Backyard Studio

We are selling our 96 sq foot tiny house/ home office/hang out space. We built this unique design to use in our backyard as a home office during the day and a dinner party room at night. It has floor to ceiling windows on both sides of one corner and a sliding glass door for maximum lighting. It is built in the "wedge" shape that allows it to heat passively in the winter from the sun, as well as remain cooler in the summer. The tiny studio was built last summer so we have now experienced all seasons with it. Currently we use a simple system for electricity by easily attaching an extension cord from our house straight to the tiny studio through a port in the floor. The studio could be easily wired and plumbed for full utilities. This space would be great for any kind of studio, workout/yoga room, kid's space, or even an AirBnb or guest space. The possibilities are endless! This tiny house is not on wheels and can be set on a simple foundation of a few cinder blocks. It can be moved or transported just like any shed or small building can.

We recently reduced the price to 7,500. Though we have received some interest, we have been unable to find any reliable mover to transport our house such long distances/across state lines without charging what we believe to be an unreasonable price. Therefore, we would prefer to sell the house to someone in the middle Tennessee area. We also want to sell in this area because we want the potential buyer to see the house in person first.
