The climate is lovely, winters are typical Colorado, snowy but sunny, but the flat land makes it simple to live with ie, no shadowy trees causing snow and ice build up, no steep driveways to plow, front wheel drive is sufficient in this area unless you get a big snow, then you might have to make a pot of coffee and just watch the magical view for a day :-)

The tiny house is one year new, still under warranty and constructed of 2x4 and 2x6 just as any house is. Pro Panel roof and treated exterior for super weather proof and low maintenance. It has 2 lofts and could be added on to with foundation, running water by cistern and made into a lovely tiny house, also could be an office or tool house, it has screened windows and a locking door.

I was going to build out a tiny house w bathroom, shower and solar battery room, plumb a simple cistern system that drained into the garden and even pull in electricity, but I met my True Love in Denver and didn't even get started on my nice plans, now land prices are going up, I wish I could just hold onto it for a few years, but I can't :-( We are buying land closer to his work :-)
