Piggy Bank Tiny House

This listing is for a tiny house made by a local Austin builder from architectural plans bought from Shelterwise for their "Miter Box" design.  During the building phase, the design was adapted to suit our needs.  The house is adorable and is rented ALL the time.  In fact, the tiny house often out-earns the 3-bedroom house that sits on the same property.  While we LOVE the tiny house, we're demolishing the main house and starting over so we won't be able to accommodate the house during construction.

Attached are photos of the house.  The photos are precise.  Everything is exactly as pictured.  The house sell includes everything inside: Queen mattress, microwave, refrigerator, shades, custom light fixtures, ac, water heater, chaise bed, desk etc.).

There are tiny houses priced much higher and there are "upscaled" ones priced lower. We are open to fair offers.

There are still rentals through to the end of the November.  The "RV" is available to roll after 12/1.  The tiny house is road safe (the trailer was thoroughly researched and is top of line), legally registered, and has a clean title. There has only been one owner and the house has been professionally cleaned ever few days for its entire three-year life.
