8x24 Cute Green Tiny House on Wheels

This is a cozy custom built 8' wide by 24' long x 13.5' tall portable tiny house on a 2 axle, ball-type hitch trailer. The layout includes a 5 foot full bathroom, 5 foot kitchen, 14 foot living room, and an 8' wide x 7' long sleeping loft above the living room.

The house has RV-style utility hookups. There is a 3" PVC drain for attachment to septic tank or municipal sewer, 30 amp/110V electric service, and an intake valve for municipal or well water using potable RV water hose. Also, we used UltraTouch denim insulation throughout the house and all windows are Low-E. Very effective and "green"!

Included Appliances:

-20 gallon electric water heater.
-Danby 9.2 cu. ft. apartment size refrigerator/freezer model DFF261.
-Waring Pro convection oven.
-Waring Pro double burner electric cooktop.
-LG WM3987HW all-in-one clothes washer/dryer unit.
-8,000 BTU Frigidaire electric air conditioner/heating combo unit.

Other Features:

-4' x 8' foot fold-up front porch. Porch railings are removable and porch folds up to attach to house for transport.
-Vaulted ceiling.
-Tons of storage underneath kitchen and bathroom. Left side is used to store loft ladder (as seen in photos).
-TV mounting arm that holds TV up to 47" and 44 pounds. Arm moves up and down to allow for TV viewing from loft or living room.
-Cable TV/Satellite coaxial cable jack.
-Permanent porch overhang is accessible from the loft and is divided into 2 separate rooms for storage. We use them as "cat bedrooms" for our 2 cats to hang out in and look outside.
-Full-size 5 foot tub/shower surround.
-Porcelain tankless RV toilet.
-Charcoal gray durable metal roof.
-Exterior is lap siding.
