2009 tiny home in small city

Opportunity is knocking. You can buy a new construction (2009) built tiny house. I will consider discounts for disabled people and anyone with a case for social injustice in life. Bring your sob stories but being high bidder won't hurt.

$18,000 plus depending on needs of buyer (I have time unemployed to finish the house and will build to suit for those with disabilities or special requirements.) Money mortgages are cost prohibitive to me and a land contract does not provide me with real leverage. I prefer cash but will be listening to all offers and situations. $18,000 is the price of a Corolla base LE, save cash in life, get a signature loan or sell things before September 1st.
