Property Description

I have a brand new, never used homemade camper for sale, TRAILER NOT INCLUDED. The camper will need to be transferred onto your trailer prior to purchase. I and another friend will help you transfer it, but you will need to bring other help with you. Its dimensions are: 6′ 8″ (exterior width) 6′ 4″ ( interior width) x 10′ 4″ (exterior length) 9′ 8″ (interior length) 6′ 8″- 6′ 4″ (exterior rear to front height) 6′ 4″-6′ 0″ ( rear to front interior height). The camper weighs approximately 2400lbs (I had it weighed at Veolia transfer station in Saint Paul). It’s completely insulated with 1 1/2″ foam (plus vapor barrier) in the walls and ceiling and 1 1/2″ foam in the floor. The floor is constructed completely of treated wood. The roof is covered in three layers of 45 mil EPDM rubber roofing (I had a bunch left over from a previous home project and decided to just use it all on the roof). It’s completely air and water tight. The camper has two crank-out windows and door from a 1962 Airstream Camper. I will be wiring in several outlets and lights, as well as hooking up a water supply and drain along with installing a single-compartment stainless steel sink and faucet prior to selling it. The camper has a full-sized stationary bunk and a fold-down single bunk. There are so many other things to list it’s probably best to call. I’m asking $1,700, which is less than what I have into it.
