It is 24 feet long and 8 feet wide. With the two lofts a grand total of 312 square feet. The exterior is wrapped in gorgeous Ponderosa pine lap siding, topped with a metal roof, and Upgraded dual pane Milgard windows. Here is an opportunity to finish a home to your liking and live mortgage free. Use it as a primary residence, vacation rental, or a vacation cabin. $12,900. This house was a custom design by Humble Homes (i.e. me). I’m a structural engineer, and I designed this house to be extremely sturdy. I also have to say that the owners have taken no short-cuts during the construction of the shell. If you have any questions regarding this home you can contact me through info@humble-homes.com I’m happy to answer any queries!

3/4″ stair steps??? BAD….actually the steps look more like 7/16″ O.S.B…..maybe you put them on there just to take a picture? I sure hope so. I wouldn’t let a small kid walk those! Other than that, it’s an OK job. You didn’t use the same method to trim out the outside of the windows. The ones on the rear of the trailer are trimmed different than the ones on the end with the entrance door. As far at the wheels are set back from the center, there’s way too much weight on the tongue, it’s gonna fail right at the where it’s welded on the front of the trailer frame. It definitely needs some serious re-enforcing. Beautiful wood though!!!
