Additional Features

Number 1. Tow her to your land, put her up on blocks, add a door,
clean the carpet, and you have a unique tiny house.

Number 2
If you are planning to build your own tiny house, or bus conversion:

Tow it to your land, salvage all the appliances, burn the hideous curtains, and sell the body and engine for scrap metal.

You will get all the appliances and fixtures you need, and actually make money on the deal.

Number 3
If you are really ambitious, tow it to your land, fix it up and get it on the road.

It needs a new door, new tires, new engine batteries, and the windshield is cracked.
And pretty much every gauge and dial on the dashboard has to be rewired.

The original owner put in a huge diesel engine, Jake's brakes and air brakes.

As far as I can determine, the engine is a Cummins V908. Yes, that is
nine hundred and 8 cubic inches. Yes, that is same size engine in a Sherman tank.

The last time I drove it, it ran smooth and powerful.

A retired trucker told me it sounded beautiful.
It does leak a little oil, and the exhaust is smoky.

If you do get this running, you will have something absolutely unique.

I left it in storage too long, and the engine batteries are dead.
It hasn't been started in about a year and a half.

The scrap metal dealer offered me $140/ton. I am offering it for sale on tiny houses below that price, because it has so much potential. I want to see her go to good use, rather than just be completely scrapped.
